  This company really cares about taking care of their customers. They are very apologetic to being late, and are prompt in notifying if they will be late.
  
  Their service requires them to inspect before starting any type of work. They are careful about what they use, and go to great lengths to do their job right the first time.
  
  It seems that whether you get a one time treatment or a contract, they promise a follow-up in 10 to 14 days. I would recommend West Termite, Pest & Lawn to anyone who is having any Pest or lawn issues.

  I'm not a direct customer of West. But I was at an establishment next door to their office. In the general parking lot (not specific parking) one of their employees parked her company truck about 3" from my driver side door so I was unable to get into my vehicle when I came back to leave. I politely asked their receptionist to have the employee back the truck out so I could get into my vehicle. When the employee walked out to the parking area with me she was so incredibly rude and childish about the situation that I was completely shocked. She actually insinuated that since she was basically parked on the line that she was in her spot and shouldn't be asked to move. I called in a complaint to the office manager and he suggested that the parking was an issue but did promise to talk to the employee. I'd hate to be an actual customer of theirs based on the employee's actions. I hope they realize word of mouth goes a long way and that I won't be recommending their business due to the fact that their employees don't represent West Termite and Pest Management very well.
