  I came to your store this morning to buy a Cub Cadet riding lawn mower, 2300$, and I waited over 2 hours to get someone to come out and unlock the mower. Some guy did come out but didn't unlock it and just disappeared. The same guy was told to unlock it 30 minutes later and lost my owners manual and keys for the mower and disappeared again when he "went to find it". My wife ended up having to go back into the store and finding the owners manual and keys herself. Needless to say I was kind of pissed off but I ended up loading the mower and heading home. Later this afternoon I went back to get two outside water faucets, I was back in the plumbing isle for 30 minutes and couldn't get anyone to tell me where the faucets were at as I couldn't locate a employee. I called customer service from inside the store and asked for someone to be sent back to plumbing since I had been looking for 30 minutes. 10 minutes later, still no one back in plumbing. I went to the front desk and asked for the store manager explained to her what my dilemma was she didn't say "I'm sorry", "Let me help" or anything so I told her I was headed to Lowe's to get what I needed. While I was headed to the front desk to talk to the so called manager I saw no less then four groups of 2-3 your "employees" standing around in the middle of isles BSing. You have lost me as a customer and regrettably I have spent probably 40,000 dollars at this store. I have my own retail business of approximately 250 employees and unfortunately I don't think anyone who works at this establishment could work for me. Worse customer service I have ever seen. I'm currently sitting in a Lowe's parking lot waiting to go in to get what I need. Thanks for your time, Hugh Lilly.
