  I've worked in customer service for 10 years and I hate writing bad reviews but this was the worst experience I've had in a while. I was picking up floral tape and fireline for a friend. I was in a hurry so I thought I'd ask the employee for help. First of all, she didn't know what either one of them were. She took about 3 minutes on the computer looking them up after I had to spell "fire line" for her... I quickly asked someone else and by the time I got to a THIRD person who knew what those products were, she pointed at general areas and didn't even attempt to walk me to where it was. Lastly the cashier didn't make it any better. She was cold and unwelcoming. Please train your employees better. Thank you.
