  Cozort built our home in 2006. When we had to sell the home in 2014, the inspection revealed major deficiencies in the quality of construction.
  
  The stone to brick joints were not sealed.
  The stone to window joints were not sealed.
  The kick out flashing was not installed incorrectly. (Moisture probes found 35-40% moisture readings).
  No backer rod or bond breaker of any type were found at the stucco intersection with windows. (Moisture probes found 35-40% moisture readings).
  There was no termination point for the bathroom exhaust fans, they were blowing straight into the attic.
  
  The stucco on the front of our house had to be replaced because Cozort or their sub did not install the windows correctly. We had to fix all of the other deficiencies. When I called to resolve the deficiencies in construction, Cozort gave me the run around and said I was on my own.
  
  Cozort gets 1 star based on the quality of construction, their lack of leadership to follow up, understand the problem and find a solution.
